The K78 Four is completed as a team of four, consisting of two women and two men. Each section offers unique challenges and breathtaking landscapes:
Section 1 – Prau la Selva to Trin Digg:
The route starts in the Flims forest and leads directly into the Rhine Gorge, the impressive “Swiss Grand Canyon.” The Ruinaulta, created by the Flims rockslide around 9,000 years ago, is one of the most spectacular landscapes in Switzerland.
Section 2 – Trin Digg to the Bargis high valley:
From Trin Digg, the trail climbs steadily towards Alp Mora, passing impressive landscapes and fascinating natural phenomena such as the glacial mills in Val Maliens, until you reach the Bargis high valley.
Section 3 – Bargis high valley to Segnes:
The route continues over the Flimserstein and the Sardona tectonic arena, past the famous Tschingelhörner peaks and Martinsloch, until you reach the Segnes area.
Section 4 – Segnes to Prau la Selva:
From Segnes, the route runs via Nagens and Crap Masegn, through wooded sections and fantastic single trails, past the turquoise-blue Lake Cauma, back to the finish in Prau la Selva.
The K78 Four Trail Run combines intense running experiences with the opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of the Swiss mountain landscape up close. Are you ready to push boundaries as a team and discover the region’s impressive natural surroundings?
