The K78 Four is completed as a team of four, consisting of two women and two men. Each section offers unique challenges and breathtaking landscapes:
Section 1 – Prau la Selva to Trin Digg:
The route starts through the Flims forest and leads directly into the Rhine Gorge, the impressive “Swiss Grand Canyon”. The Ruinaulta, created by the Flims landslide around 9,000 years ago, is one of the most spectacular landscapes in Switzerland.
Section 2 – Trin Digg to the Bargis high valley:
From Trin Digg, the trail leads steadily uphill towards Alp Mora, past impressive landscapes and fascinating natural phenomena such as the glacier mills in Val Maliens, until you reach the Bargis high valley.
Section 3 – High Bargis Valley to Segnes:
The route continues over the Flimserstein and the Tectonic Arena Sardona, past the famous Tschingelhörner and the Martinsloch, until you reach the Segnes area.
Section 4 – Segnes to Prau la Selva:
From Segnes, the route runs via Nagens and Crap Masegn, through forest sections and fantastic single trails, past the turquoise-blue Lake Cauma, back to the finish in Prau la Selva.
