The route of the K44 is identical to the route of the K104 as far as Segnes Sut. It takes you to the most beautiful highlights of Flims and the surrounding area within the first few kilometers Even here, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of Lake Cauma, one of Flims’ most famous landmarks, as well as the idyllic Lake Cresta and the charming Conn. Then it’s uphill towards Larnags. The trail takes you further up to Crap Sogn Gion and over Crap Masegn, where you can enjoy the impressive surroundings.

Via Nagens, you will finally reach Segnesboden, a natural gem in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sardona. Here you can admire the famous Tschingelhörner and Martinsloch – a fascinating geological highlight. From here, the route leads back towards Flims via Naraus. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere through the dense, idyllic forest and run along gently sloping paths to the finish. The K44 rewards you with a varied route and spectacular highlights.
