The K12 route is ideal for beginners who want to experience a real highlight over a shorter distance. It combines breathtaking natural scenery with gentle trails and varied terrain—perfect for anyone who wants to get started in trail running.

The start takes you through the Flims forest, whose peaceful atmosphere immediately puts you in the right mood. You then delve deeper into the shady forest, whose paths are perfect for a relaxed pace.

After the forest section, you will reach Conn, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Rhine Gorge. Known as the “Grand Canyon of Switzerland,” Ruinaulta offers scenery that will make every runner’s heart beat faster.

On the way back, the route takes you along picturesque forest paths, past the beautiful Lake Cauma, before you reach your destination.

The K12 is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a relaxed trail running experience and wanting to enjoy the beauty of Swiss nature up close.
